Lunchtime Workouts

Is lunchtime the only opportunity you get during the day to work out? If you do, don’t let that workout window close! You need to use the free time you have to exercise. You’ll feel refreshed after a fabulous lunchtime workout and return to work even more pumped to complete all your scheduled tasks.

We can create a diet and workout plan for you to follow. If you work out during lunch only to fill yourself up with junk afterward, it defeats the entire purpose. We’re here for you.

Take the lunchtime workout challenge and perform these easy workouts:

  • Go for a quick run or walk to restaurants or shops for lunch located at least 15 minutes from you.

  • Take the stairs. You can walk up and down the stairs during lunch. Have a workout buddy to join you in staying fit.

  • Cycle your worries and stress away. You can stay in shape by getting on your bike and cycling around or near your workplace for the remainder of lunch.

  • If there’s a gym nearby, go to it. You can shower after working out and head back to work, feeling happier and fresher.

  • Stretch or perform yoga in place. You can stretch at your desk and if there’s a room you can go to for it, go!
