  3. Who can join your program?

    • Any women who is committed to transform your body! There’s no experience required.

  4. I don’t live in NYC, can I still join your classes and program?

    • YES! Our classes are ALL ONLINE and you can join anywhere in the world (as long as you have internet access)

  5. I don’t have any experience and I am an absolutely beginner, what do you recommend?

    • YOU ARE AT THE RIGHT PLACE. Our 12 weeks program + Private Coaching is a great place for you to get started. With Private Coaching, I can focus on helping YOU in achieving the body and lifestyle of your dream.   6. My goal is to tone my body and get stronger, is your program right for me?

    • ABSOLUTELY! I love working with women who are focusing on getting stronger. By focusing on getting stronger, it helps you feel good with better confidence.

  7. How much time do I need to dedicate in a week to attend your classes/working out on my own?

    • Each of my fitness videos are approximately 10 mins long!

    • You CREATE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE! Whether you have 10 mins - 45 mins, I’ve created workout calendar + checklist based on your schedule so you don’t have to plan or think about what kind of exercises you need to do.

      • 2 group classes + 1 accountability call a week (45 mins each session)

      • On Last Thursday of the month, special movement class (1 hour)

      • Private Session (if you selected private coaching) - 1 hour

      • Self Pace - 20 mins Video Lessons

      • Self Pace - working out with my workout calendar (30- 40 mins a day with active rest days)

  8. What if I missed your Group Classes?

    • All classes are recorded and you can catch the replay if you missed it

  9. Do you offer payment plan?

    • YES!

  10. I don’t have the TIME for 12 weeks and worried that I will be overwhelmed!

    • YOU ARE NOT ALONE! I understand that 12 weeks is a BIG commitment and I want to honor you that you are considering of joining us and take charge of transforming your lifestyle. YOU ALREADY DID THE FIRST STEP!

    • If you truly want this, we can brainstorm how to make this happen for you NOW. Let’s start with how are you currently managing your time - are you setting boundaries, stepping down from forced responsibilities, focusing on your own needs?

    • Think about the way you form your decisions that’s in your best interest. As women, we don’t take the time for our own growth and well-being as we do in our loved ones. As a corporate worker, I GET IT! I have been there! If it’s something that you may not realizing you’ve been doing; I want to support you in breaking through it!
